Orson Oliver
Interim CEO
Mr. Oliver has been a director of the Company since February 1, 2005. He is currently an independent business consultant with over thirty-five years of experience in banking and financial consulting. Mr. Oliver began his career in 1968 as an attorney with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. In September of 1975, he joined Bank of Louisville as general counsel. In November of 1985, he was elected president of the Bank of Louisville. When Branch Banking and Trust Company acquired the Bank of Louisville in 2003, the Bank of Louisville had assets of $1.6 billion and was the largest, locally managed bank in Louisville, Kentucky. Since his retirement from banking in February of 2004, Mr. Oliver has worked as an independent general business consultant for the Al J. Schneider Company, a corporation with a number of large hotels and real estate holdings in the Louisville, Kentucky area. Since May 2004, Mr. Oliver has also worked as an independent general business consultant for PNC Bank, which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with assets of $77.3 billion. Mr. Oliver has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Rawlings Company, LLC since January 1997 and the Al J. Schneider Company since February, 2004.

Sean Garber

Mr. Garber has been involved with multiple public companies and has an extensive background in this arena.  His career began in the metals recycling business working for a multibillion dollar company which was one of the largest in the country.  He would be described as an entrepreneur with business involvement in the apparel, finance as well as the auto parts industry.  He believes that success comes from what he describes as the 4 corners of the foundation.    1.  Surround yourself with good people.  2.  Listen to your customers, internal and external.  3.  Check your ego at the door.  4.  Check your greed at the door.

Ron Meyer
WESSCO Manager
Ron started in the recycling business in 1988 recycling plastic. He got into the waste equipment part of the business in 1999 when he first came to work for ISA/WESSCO and became manager of WESSCO in late 2002 and ran it very successfully thru mid 2006 when he left ISA to start a plastic recycling company. Ron returned to ISA in April of 2014 to once again lead WESSCO and help it become an industry leader as it once was. He has an extensive background in equipment maintenance; 25 plus years between International Harvester, Philip Morris as well as business owner of a plastic recycling company.
