Harry Kletter
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Kletter founded ISA and its predecessors in 1954 and has led the company since its inception. Mr. Kletter is a member of the EIA Hall of Fame and has received numerous awards in the waste, recycling and scrap industries. Mr. Kletter has grown ISA into a publicly traded and diversified waste and recycling company. In his current roles, Mr. Kletter continues to put his leadership and vision to work for ISA.

Brian Donaghy
President/Chief Operating Officer
President/Chief Operating Officer since August 2007 and Board of Directors Member beginning June 2009. Mr. Donaghy served as ISA's acting COO from January 1, 2007 through August 2007. Prior to his appointment to that position, Mr. Donaghy was a consultant to ISA Recycling. From 2001 to 2007, he owned and operated Industrial Logistic Services, LLC, a scrap metal and waste transportation company located at ISA's Louisville headquarters, the assets of which he has sold to ISA in 2007.

Bob Coleman
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coleman joined ISA as Chief Financial Officer in November 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Coleman served in various senior financial roles with Healthland, Inc., including that of Controller and interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Coleman also previously served as Chief Financial Officer for a large aluminum billet and extrusion company based in the Louisville, KY area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University (Bloomington.)

Jim Wiseman
Vice President of ISA Recycling
Vice President of ISA Recycling since August 2007. Midwest Metals, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky employed Mr. Wiseman from May 1997 to March 2007 as general manager of the physical scrap operation and trader of non-ferrous metals.

Scott Necessary
Division Manager WESSCO
Mr. Necessary joined ISA in 2008 and has been in the waste and recycling industries since 1991, formerly with Greenleaf Compaction, Allied Waste and Mac Corporation/Hobbs Equipment. Mr. Necessary's primary responsibilities include sales and daily operations for the waste and recycling equipment division.

Daniel C. Gascoyne
Executive Vice President of ISA Recycling
Daniel Gascoyne is Executive Vice President of ISA Recycling, the company’s ferrous and non-ferrous recycling operations. Prior to being appointed to his post at ISA, Mr. Gascoyne headed up the Non-Ferrous Division at OmniSource Corporation as VP of Non-Ferrous and prior to that he was CEO of William Reisener Corporation in Clinton, MA. Mr. Gascoyne is a Graduate of the Pepperdine University with a Masters in Business Administration.
