	Harry Kletter CEO and Chairman of the Board Mr. Kletter founded ISA and its predecessors in 1954 and has led the company since its inception. Mr. Kletter is a member of the EIA Hall of Fame and has received numerous awards in the waste, recycling and scrap industries. Mr. Kletter has grown ISA into a publicly traded and diversified waste and recycling company. In his current roles, Mr. Kletter continues to put his leadership and vision to work for ISA.
	Brian Donaghy President/Chief Operating Officer President/Chief Operating Officer since August 2007 and Board of Directors Member beginning June 2009. Mr. Donaghy served as ISA's acting COO from January 1, 2007 through August 2007. Prior to his appointment to that position, Mr. Donaghy was a consultant to ISA Recycling. From 2001 to 2007, he owned and operated Industrial Logistic Services, LLC, a scrap metal and waste transportation company located at ISA's Louisville headquarters, the assets of which he has sold to ISA in 2007.
	Don Rodgers Finance Mr. Rodgers joined ISA in October 2009. Don brings to ISA his extensive knowledge of Corporate and Manufacturing accounting. Don previously served 34 years with Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc, where he used his accounting expertise in the Finance Department in both the plants in Kentucky and as Corporate Controller in Illinois. His last assignment with Beam Global Spirits was VP Systems Integration for SAP implementation.
	Alan L. Schroering Chief Financial Officer ISA Chief Financial Officer since May, 2001. Mr. Schroering served as an ISA board member from June 2000 to May 2001. Mr. Schroering has served as Treasurer from October 2001 to present. Mr. Schroering served in several accounting positions with National Processing Company from April 1998 to May 2000. Mr. Schroering served previously in several accounting positions with ISA from November 1984 to March 1998.
	Steve Jones Vice President ISA Alloys Mr. Jones joined ISA in 2009 from Venture Metals in Louisville, Ky., which he co founded in 2006 with Mr. Jeff Valentine. Mr. Jones is a 16 year veteran of the stainless and superalloy industry having been in various capacities with ELG from 1997-2006, ending as General Manager, and with Astromet from 1993-1997. Mr. Jones is responsible for all operations, purchasing and trading for ISA Alloys.
	Jim Wiseman Vice President of ISA Recycling Vice President of ISA Recycling since August 2007. Midwest Metals, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky employed Mr. Wiseman from May 1997 to March 2007 as general manager of the physical scrap operation and trader of non-ferrous metals.
	Jeff Valentine General Manager ISA Alloys Mr. Valentine joined ISA in 2009 from Venture Metals in Louisville, Ky., which he co founded with Mr. Jones in 2006. Mr. Valentine is a 19 year veteran of the stainless and superalloy industry ending as General Manager of the Mobile, Alabama operation for ELG where he was employed from 1992-2006. Mr. Valentine is responsible for all trading and operations of ISA-Alloys Mobile, Alabama.
	Scott Necessary Division Manager WESSCO Mr. Necessary joined ISA in 2008 and has been in the waste and recycling industries since 1991, formerly with Greenleaf Compaction, Allied Waste and Mac Corporation/Hobbs Equipment. Mr. Necessary's primary responsibilities include sales and daily operations for the waste and recycling equipment division.
